I have not noticed this on and DD titles it seems to only be some DTs movies and concert videos. Whenever I export a H.264 in MP4 container, the audio in the resulting file goes about 10 ms out of sync. DVDStyler has a burn option if you wish to use it. i have noticed on my denon dvd player when watching dvds in dts the audio and video are out of sync. You'd have to use a different burning program. Both are free, but FAVC does not actually burn the movie. You can also try using a different converting program. Before a user rips the DVD, the disc itself has a A/V sync or Audio Delay error and that results in out-of-sync sound after the DVD ripping. The video and audio in a DVD is out of sync. This may be the reason for some of the ripped DVD audio sync errors. When using MakeMKV to encode DVD to MKV, the ripping and remuxing are carried out at the same time, which will lead to some kind of ODD latency. You could try burning the ISO and the std DVD and see if there's a difference. There are people reporting DVD ripping audio sync error with MakeMKV.
